THE WORLD BANK'S RANKINGS: Latin America drops out of the top 10

The World Bank's latest rankings of the world's economies by size caused a stir in the region. No Latin American country featured in the top 10. The highest ranked is Mexico (12) and Brazil just scrapped into the top 15.
